Shipping
EVERYWHERE! Our site is set up for shipping within Canada & USA, but we’re happy to ship internationally as well!

Some brands do have territorial restrictions (we are not allowed to ship their products outside of Canada) they are listed in our shipping terms HERE.
The shipping costs are a charge that we then pay to the courier at the time of shipping your initial order. Because of this, it is not something we can refund upon a return. We understand and commiserate with you that shipping costs are outrageous. Trust us, we feel those frustrations!
Absolutely! Select LOCAL PICK UP as a shipping method at check out
YES! Sometimes you need to grab a sale item while it’s still available, but you need time to work on your order to finish it. Or sometimes you want to combine shipping with a friend so you get over the free ship threshold, we get it! When you place your first order, use the coupon code ‘addtomyorder’ and leave a note saying you’d like us to hold it, or combine it with your friend. We have a designated spot in our shipping room for held orders so your items are safe!
Yes, if prearranged with notice. After hour pick up can be done at Natasha’s house, as long as enough notice is given to have the order sent there. Contact the store to make arrangements.
Absolutely! As long as we know in advance. Leave a note at check out, send us an email to update us, or even shoot us a text!
Yes! Lettermail shipping is available for items lighter than 200g and smaller than 2cm in height. Unsure if your item will fit? Please email us before selecting that as a shipping option and please note that letter mail shipping is not trackable and not insured.
Items are not reserved until paid for. Adding them to your cart does not save these items until you have completed the checkout process.

Returns
You bet! Clearance items are final sale, but most regular priced items can be returned for an exchange of different product, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Some items are excluded such as hygiene and baby safety products, you can read more about those HERE
Email us at info@thebabyfootprint.com with your original order number and the details. Return items must be new, unused, and with the original packaging. Refunds will only be issued with a 10% restocking fee applied. In-store credit (gift card) can be processed for full value of your return (less shipping)

Pricing
Yes! Send us a dated screen shot of the advertised price you’d like us to match. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical in-stock item at an established Canadian retailer, we will match the competitor's price*. The Price Match Guarantee applies to all new, factory-sealed products. Merchandise must be the same brand/color/model. Items must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized retailer.
*If the lower advertised price is in conflict with the manufacturer’s mandated retail price, we will be unable to price-match. Closeout, clearance, discontinued, liquidation, reconditioned, refurbished, pre-owned and damaged items are excluded from this offer.*
