Machine wash with your cloth diaper laundry when soiled, or with regular laundry when appropriate.

For cloth diaper laundry, Thirsties recommends a warm pre-wash with detergent, followed by a hot heavy-duty wash with additional detergent and an extra rinse.

Hang dry whenever possible, preferably in the sunshine. Alternatively, follow Thirsties' recommended machine-drying instructions.
